This Calming Aura Goats Milk Bath Soak mixture contains a relaxing blend of powder Goats milk, Epson Salts, Avocado Moisturizer, Essential Oils, Dried Lotus flower petals, Calendula, Lavender, Chamomile, Sage, and Jasmine. If you have an allergy to any of the herbs DO NOT use. 

All bath soaks come with a reusable muslin soaking bag and a small wooden scoop.

Directions: 
Pour into provided reusable muslin bag, hang under running water, It is recommend squeezing the bag as the water is running through it. Swirl the water around and relax! Once Tub is full to desired level let bag steep in bath water while taking spiritual bath so it will continue to release. You can use as much or as little as you want to. You can also pour soak right into the water, however you’ll just have more cleanup that way! Once spiritual bath is prepared soak for 20-30 mins. While taking the bath breathe, release and cleanse any blocked energy. Take time to meditate what you want to release and let go off. Once you’re done releasing start manifesting on what you want going forward. When done rinse out your muslin bag and allow to air dry until you wish to use it again.
